Executive Profile 

Mr. R. Scott Myers is Vice President and Partner at Zade LLC (Zade). Mr. Myers is responsible for much of the day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for integrating the actions of the company with the company’s objectives. Mr. Myers is actively involved in the general oversight and management of Zade’s projects and is determined to assign the appropriate resources to projects according to the project specific requirements. Mr. Myers works with various subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to provide the appropriate resources for Zade projects. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has been a key contributor to Zade LLC's success. He has extensive knowledge and experience in demolition, heavy highway construction, forming systems, traffic control, piling, concrete and underground utilities. Mr. Myers holds a degree in Construction Management and is a Certified Concrete Tester. 

Mr. Myers has had over 30 years in the construction and environmental remediation industry. Mr. Myers has a broad background of varying projects. The project size and complexity have ranged from street repair and curb-gutter work to multi-million dollar construction on projects such as the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge.  His primary background is in civil construction projects and most recently began to develop and grow Zade’s environmental remediation services line. Mr. Myers has extensive experience with earthwork projects that involve the excavation, movement, management, placement, and backfilling for large volumes of soil. Several recent endeavors have included large-scale environmental remediation projects in southwestern Illinois.  

Additional areas of Mr. Myers’ expertise include concrete foundation installation and construction. While with Zade, Mr. Myers has overseen the several projects performed for Ameren. These projects have included demolition of former structures and the installation of new structures in Ameren substations across southern and central Illinois. Mr. Myers also has extensive experience with demolition projects.
